Project Lifecycle
Concept
The client for this particular project approached us with a need for a new regulator skid at a City Gate Station. We were provided with pressure and flows and asked to help develop a station layout based on their operators preferences.
Model and Acceptance
Once we successfully develop a line diagram with client input, we bring the station from a P&ID or line diagram to 2D model, then from 2D model to 3D rendering. Once the client accepts the proposed model, fabrication plans are created and sent to the shop to begin construction.
Fabrication
The final step is bringing the 3D model to life. With pride and precision this fabrication was assembled, welded, tested, blasted, painted, and equipment installed at ISW's state of the art facility. Skids are sent to the customer with a job book containing all PHMSA TVC documentation both digitally and hard copy.
